David Berkowitz, aka The Son of Sam, aka The .44 Caliber Killer, a convicted serial killer is featured in a series named, "Testimony: Profiles in Faith" on Youtube. According to this series he wasn't mentally ill, but possessed by the devil. He is now cured (duh) through the discovery of God.
Let me get this straight, over 14 months he terrorized New York city walking the streets and shooting people at random, 8 shooting and 6 dead in total. In 1987 he becomes a born again Christian and there is not only a church that is willing to attach their name to him, but promote this connection? Jesus
